An Airport Maintenance Technician supports the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of Williston Basin International Airport (XWA) by performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and groundskeeping duties. This position is responsible for maintaining airport facilities, grounds, vehicles, and equipment through preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and seasonal operations. Responsibilities include building and mechanical system maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, mowing, snow removal, equipment operation, and general maintenance activities. The Airport Maintenance Technician also assists with airfield maintenance, supports airport operations, and works collaboratively with airport staff, tenants, and contractors to ensure airport infrastructure remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Base Salary: $44,000 - $59,400 annually depending on experience and qualifications. Relocation reimbursement is also available up to $3,000 for qualified moving expenses.
