The Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority is seeking a Vice President of Building Asset Management. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Vice President of Building Asset Management provides leadership for the planning, maintenance, renewal and long-term stewardship of all vertical assets across the airport campus, including buildings and critical building systems. Responsible for ensuring that facilities remain safe, efficient, reliable and aligned with the airport’s operational and development objectives. Oversees significant capital and operating investments, directs building-related design and construction initiatives, and serves as a key advisor on infrastructure strategy. Supports organizational growth, operational continuity, sustainability goals and exceptional service to airport stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Structural) or Architecture; master’s degree preferred. Ten years of project management and design oversight experience in a commercial airport environment or similarly complex industry.
