This is one of the Budapest PSC PA â˜Bench Teamâ™ roles which are needed to support the BAU volume peaks, ad-hoc mass update projects, bulk request processing, ad-hoc queries in relation to new transitions etc. across all the different services areas (data, finance, account management etc.) thus maintaining stable BAU service quality in the Budapest PSC PA team.
Job Description
Primary purpose of the job:
Record and maintain up-to-date, accurate, complete and consistent lease data base in order to ground and secure cost effective and proactive operational and financial portfolio management for the occupier clients of Cushman & Wakefield GOS.
Other professional qualifications required for filling the position:
BSC/MSC degree required
No prior work experience necessary; however, experience in data processing in an international environment or real estate is advantageous. In case it exceeds 2 years, degree is not required.
Foreign language skills required for filling the position:
English language upper intermediate
Knowledge of any other European language is an advantage

Comply with all Client and Cushman & Wakefield internal processes and quality controls
Delivering the contracted service level
Regular tasks:
Daily and other BAU tasks to deliver:
Efficient management of own workload and ability to support other team members if required
Cooperation with both PSC PA and other Cushman & Wakefield partners
Leveraging internal network, developing an understanding of C&Wâ™s wider service line offering and where we can bring value to our clients
Completing assigned trainings, participating in job shadowings, desk trainings and any other training activity as stated in the relevant training plan in accordance with the given timings and deadlines
Continuously gaining deeper knowledge in the different processes / systems / tools etc used in the various PSC PA service areas (Data Management, Account Management, Finance, Helpdesk)
Supporting all PSC PA service areas in the assigned tasks, completing required actions until the agreed deadlines with the required level of quality and quantity, working closely with relevant BAU team members & leaders to ensure the required level of support is provided for the BAU teams
Reading real estate leases and associated documents to record information on payments, critical dates, and responsibilities or comparing legal documents and/or abstraction form with the abstracted data or the lease data recorded in the system as per process documentation
Accurate and timely maintenance of property databases
Accurate lease data processing in line with internal SLAâ™s
Comparing abstraction form with the abstracted data or the lease data recorded in the system as per process documentation
Production of ad hoc reports as required
Invoice processing / invoice validation, performing rent / service charge / CAM reconciliations and any other financial management activity as required
Query management for various clients / service areas as required
Management of shared mailboxes for various teams / accounts as required
Participating in ad-hoc & recurring meetings and calls
Managing and being part of the back-up system within the team
Supporting the maintenance of BAU process documents relating to the job
Providing input for the Bench team activity calendar & tracker for the line manager, working in alignment with the activities stated in the tracker; continuously update line manager about any issues, challenges etc. which could threaten the timely delivery of the assigned activities
