The Country Club – Pepper Pike, Ohio April 1 – November 15, 2026

The Country Club is looking for experienced seasonal maintenance technicians to join our Agronomy team and help maintain one of Ohio’s most celebrated golf courses — a classic William Flynn design recently restored by Gil Hanse that now features two of Golf Digest’s Top 100 holes in America.

This is a hands-on opportunity to work on a true championship layout in a private-club environment where the standard is excellence every single day.

What You’ll Do

• Perform daily course-maintenance tasks that produce the highest playing conditions for our members and guests
• Work primarily in the early mornings (6:00 a.m. start) 
• Weekend availability is required during the season
• Core duties include mowing, string trimming, sod laying, bunker raking/preparation, irrigation installation & repair, fertilizing, topdressing, planting, and landscape beautification
• Experienced hires will quickly move into higher-responsibility roles and specialized equipment operation

• Prior golf course or landscape maintenance experience (preferred not required)
• Strong work ethic, pride in producing a premier product, and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Capable of lifting 25+ lbs., walking long distances, bending, twisting, and operating hand/power equipment safely
• Team player who communicates well and wants to grow their skills

Compensation & Perks

• $14–$18 per hour (starting rate based on verifiable experience and skills)
