What We Are Looking For:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates with leasing experience
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven professionals
• Passion for helping residents find their perfect home
• Professional and polished office presence
• Minimum of 6 months of on-site apartment leasing experience
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and leasing procedures
• Ability to identify leads, market properties, and close leases

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours and lease apartments to prospective residents
• Handle all leasing paperwork, renewals, and resident relations
• Utilize marketing, outreach, and social media to attract new tenants
• Assist with planning and organizing resident events
• Maintain a high closing ratio to meet community leasing goals
• Support the property manager with daily operations

Requirements:

• Experience in multi-family leasing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software (Yardi, Onsite, etc.)
• Strong closer with a proactive, self-starting attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual (Spanish) required
