What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking customer-focused, sales-driven individuals with a background in leasing and property management. Ideal candidates are professional, organized, and passionate about creating great resident experiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of on-site apartment leasing experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service and sales abilities

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software (e.g., Yardi, Onsite)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours and leasing presentations for prospective residents

• Lease and pre-lease apartments, accurately processing all required documentation

• Generate leads through outreach, referrals, and marketing strategies

• Maintain strong closing ratios and help meet community leasing goals

• Assist with resident events, branding, and social media engagement

• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and company policies

• Collaborate professionally with property managers and team members
