We’re seeking candidates with a solid foundation in property leasing and a natural talent for customer care. The ideal professional is someone who can handle a fast-paced leasing office with confidence and integrity, and who understands the importance of delivering a seamless resident experience.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Minimum of 6 months of leasing experience in the multifamily housing industry

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• A professional, polished presentation

• Familiarity with leasing platforms (Yardi, Onsite, RealPage, etc.)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Touring apartment homes and guiding prospective residents through their options

• Managing the leasing process from inquiry to signed lease

• Following up with leads via phone, email, and on-site visits

• Supporting marketing initiatives, resident events, and online engagement

• Collaborating with property staff to meet occupancy goals

• Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
