Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours and lease apartments to prospective residents
- Complete lease and renewal paperwork efficiently and accurately
- Assist with resident relations and maintain satisfaction
- Manage outreach and marketing efforts to drive traffic to the community
- Support community goals by achieving leasing and closing targets
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in on-site apartment leasing
- Proficiency in leasing software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, self-driven, and goal-oriented

Key Responsibilities:
- Tour apartments with prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process
- Lease and pre-lease apartments, ensuring high occupancy and customer satisfaction
- Complete lease/renewal paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Conduct apartment inspections and report necessary improvements
- Use outreach marketing and networking to generate qualified leads
- Maintain high closing ratios and meet community leasing goals
- Plan and organize resident functions and events
- Contribute to social media marketing efforts to increase traffic and brand awareness
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations
- Provide regular updates to property managers and supervisors
- Monitor parking for unauthorized vehicles and ensure property upkeep
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of on-site apartment leasing experience required
- Familiar with leasing software such as Onsite or Yardi
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Go-getter attitude with a focus on results
- Self-starter with a passion for leasing
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
