Housing Inspector
Job Summary Under the general direction of the designated supervisor, this position develops and maintains community resources to assist in meeting housing needs within the County. This position inspects properties to ensure they meet established housing quality standards; makes recommendations to correct deficiencies; analyzes rents to determine reasonableness; provides reports of suspected fraud to investigators; develops and maintains community resources to support program; and develops working relationships with landlords, tenants, and the public.This position has no supervisory responsibilities.Hiring salary is commensurate with experience.
