Property Manager
The Property Manager is responsible for the operations and performance of a commercial real estate portfolio consisting of office properties. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure properties are being maintained in a first-class condition. Hire and supervise all third-party vendors. Coordination and management of tenant improvement and property improvement projects. Prepare and implement annual budgets and reconciliations. Administer tenant leases, prepare lease abstracts, and monitor tenant performance and accounts receivable. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with tenants. Recommend and plan for potential future needs of the property including maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements.
