This position may be based in either Billings, Montana or Kalispell, Montana.
Billings, Montana’s largest city with a strong medical community and easy access to recreation
Kalispell, nestled in the Flathead Valley with mountains, lakes, and Glacier National Park at your doorstep
What You'll Lead:
Unify and build a comprehensive compliance department, aligning processes, people, and policies into one integrated system.
Design and lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of an enterprise-wide compliance program grounded in transparency, accountability, and effectiveness.
Advise the system Board and executive leadership with clarity and vision on risk mitigation, education, audits, and legal regulations.
Direct investigations, HIPAA oversight, and risk assessments, ensuring adherence to both internal standards and external requirements.
Foster a culture of collaboration, bringing together diverse teams and empowering them under a shared mission of integrity and excellence.
