CXC Talent Solutions is actively seeking driven and dynamic Leasing Professionals to join our team. If you have a passion for sales, customer service, and helping people find their perfect home, this is your opportunity to shine.

What We’re Looking For:

• Professional and polished office presence with excellent communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Minimum 6 months of on-site apartment leasing experience required

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct apartment tours and leasing presentations
• Lease and pre-lease apartments, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately
• Identify qualified leads through referrals, networking, and marketing
• Maintain a strong closing ratio to meet community goals
• Assist with resident events, social media marketing, and brand management
• Monitor parking and community areas, ensuring compliance with policies
• Communicate professionally with residents, team members, and property managers
• Ensure adherence to Fair Housing Laws and company policies

Requirements:

• Multi-family leasing experience is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software (Yardi, Onsite, or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Go-getter attitude with a passion for leasing and sales
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
