This temp-to-hire position offers an excellent opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented professional to contribute to the success of a high-performing team while gaining valuable experience within a prestigious multifamily environment.

Position Overview: As the Assistant Property Manager, you will support the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth execution of leasing, resident relations, and administrative functions. You’ll play a key role in fostering a positive community atmosphere and maintaining the high standards associated with a Class A+ property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily management of multiple residential properties
• Support leasing efforts and resident retention initiatives
• Handle rent collection, lease renewals, and resident inquiries
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and property files
• Coordinate with vendors and oversee service requests
• Help manage budgets, expenses, and operational performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, preferably in Class A or A+ communities
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Texas Real Estate License preferred, but not required
