What We’re Looking For:

• Professional and polished office presence.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
• Minimum of 6 months of on-site apartment leasing experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct apartment tours and secure leases.
• Present, explain, and complete lease and renewal paperwork.
• Walk apartments, identify needed improvements, and report issues.
• Generate leads through referrals, networking, and outreach marketing.
• Maintain a strong closing ratio to meet community leasing goals.
• Plan, schedule, and organize resident events and functions.
• Utilize social media marketing to boost traffic and enhance brand presence.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while assisting property management.
• Monitor parking for unauthorized vehicles and inform residents of work progress.
• Adhere to all company policies and Fair Housing Laws.

Requirements:

• Multi-family leasing experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with community software (such as Onsite, Yardi).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Go-getter attitude with an aggressive leasing approach.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, walk, talk, write, and interact with residents & staff.
• Bilingual a plus.
