• Maintain a strong closing ratio to meet community leasing goals
• Plan and organize resident events
• Support social media marketing efforts and brand management
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused demeanor
• Assist property managers and adhere to company policies
• Monitor parking areas for unauthorized vehicles
• Communicate work progress and updates to residents
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of on-site apartment leasing experience
• Professional office demeanor with excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software (Onsite, Yardi, or similar systems)
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and an assertive closer
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Bilingual required

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to stand, walk, and communicate effectively with staff and residents
