Facilities Maintenance Technician
The Zone Maintenance Shop performs daily inspections, general maintenance and repairs of assigned buildings and equipment. The Zone Maintenance Shop also coordinates projects performed in assigned buildings. This title is covered under the current Agreement between The Ohio State University and Communication Workers of America Local 4501.Shift, hours, days, and/or location are subject to change based on operational need in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement; may work overtime; subject to 24 hour emergency call.Will require the successful completion of a criminal background check and motor vehicle review; may require employee health evaluation and vaccinations.Under the general supervision o
