Job TitleSenior Maintenance TechnicianJob Description SummaryPerform work tasks assigned, work with maintenance mechanics and direct and assign work tasks to maintenance personnel under their responsibility. Individual will work with the Supervisor to evaluate needs for all scheduled and non-scheduled work requests and special projects. Job DescriptionUtilize the Building Management System (BMS) to control Utilities equipment and systems including various steam, water purification, refrigeration, wastewater, compressed air/gas systems, and hazardous chemicals. Interface with Manufacturing, Engineering, and various client organizations as necessary to minimize Manufacturing impact and insure equipment availability.
