We are seeking to fill a Property Manager position. The Property Manager will be paid $35.32 – 52.97 per hour, DOE, skills, knowledge.  

The Position: We are looking for someone to oversee SHA properties, including lease enforcement, maintenance coverage, and community activities. 

Essential Duties

• Supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned staff
• Assist with the development and administration of operational plans
• Provide oversight of inspection of community facilities and grounds
• Manage lease enforcement actions
• Assist in procedure development and implementation

Minimum Requirements

• Proof of vaccination on first day of employment. Please read our vaccination policy. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Property Management, Social Services, Human Services, Public Administration, or related fields
  1. May substitute an additional four years of directly relevant experience
• Five years of experience in residential property management
• Valid Washington state driver’s license with an insurable driving record
