The Estes Park Housing Authority (EPHA) is accepting applications for the position of Executive Director. The ideal candidate will have progressively responsible experience in management and leadership within a public housing organization, a strong working knowledge of housing, business finance and property development. Must have the interpersonal talents to work well with partner agencies, the Board and to develop and maintain a myriad of relationships and a strong development background, all while reporting to a Board of Directors appointed by the Town of Estes Park.
EPHA offers a competitive salary from $78,334 DOQ, Colorado PERA retirement benefits and a flexible on-boarding package. The Executive Director must reside in or relocate within the Estes Park School District boundaries.
